Steefan Contractor is a machine learning research data scientist in the UNSW Data Science Hub, School of Mathematics and Statistics. Steefan completed a doctorate in climate science in 2018 and has been applying deep learning techniques to solve real world problems in remote observations and image analysis since 2019.
