Sarah Fulton is a Principal Legal Officer at the Australian Law Reform Commission, and an Adjunct Senior Lecturer at the University of Queensland’s School of Law. She led the ALRC’s Review of Judicial Impartiality in 2020-21, and has also contributed to inquiries concerning corporate criminal responsibility and financial services legislation. Sarah previously practised in non-government organisations focused on improving access to justice for international crimes through domestic and international mechanisms, and as an international arbitration lawyer in private practice. She has also served as a judicial associate/research assistant in the Queensland Court of Appeal and the Court of Appeal of England and Wales, and holds a Master of Laws from University College London.
