Emily Singh is Principal Lawyer/Practice Manager and a Lecturer (Practice) at Monash Law Clinics, a community legal centre associated with the Faculty of Law at Monash University. She has practiced extensively in the community legal sector in Australia and the United Kingdom, primarily in administrative law. Emily was previously Principal Lawyer at Social Security Rights Victoria. She has also practiced in immigration law, specialising in gender-based refugee claims, at the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre.
