Dane Luo is the Farthing Scholar in Administrative Law at Pembroke College in the University of Oxford. He graduated with the Vinerian Scholarship Proxime Accessit on the Bachelor of Civil Law in the University of Oxford.
He previously worked at the Supreme Court of New South Wales, NSW Crown Solicitor’s Office, Herbert Smith Freehills and with a Congressman in the US House of Representatives. His research focuses on public law in Australia, Canada, United Kingdom and United States, particularly the Crown, executive power, election systems and the legislative powers and processes.
