Brandon Smith is currently a lawyer at Allens, practising in commercial litigation and migration law (pro bono). He was previously an Associate to the Hon. Justice John Griffiths (now Griffiths AJA of the NSWCA) and the Hon. Chief Justice James Allsop AO on the Federal Court of Australia. He is a graduate of the Australian National University where received first class honours and the University Medal for law.
