Anna Huggins is a Professor and the Deputy Head of School at QUT Law. She researches in the fields of regulation and compliance, with a focus on evolving responses to technological and environmental change. Her recent scholarship has examined the use of technology for regulatory and compliance purposes, and AI regulation. Anna has worked closely with diverse organisations, including the Supreme Court of Queensland, CSIRO’s Data61, and Cisco, on research projects on digital regulation and compliance. She has also published extensively on evolving environmental regulation and compliance processes, including research monographs with Routledge (2018) and Edward Elgar (2022). Before joining QUT, Anna worked at UNSW Law and the NSW Department of Environment and Climate Change.
