Dr Alexandra Sinclair is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Sydney Law School and a Research Fellow at the ARC Centre of Excellence on Automated-Decision-making and Society which receives funding from the Australian Research Council (CE200100005). Alexandra’s research focuses on public law accountability mechanisms for uses of AI and automation by the state. She has a PhD from the London School of Economics and Political Science where her doctorate examined the application of English judicial review doctrines to automated decision-making in the British state. Alexandra has an LLB (hons)/BA from Victoria University of Wellington and an LLM with honours from Columbia Law School where she studied as a Fulbright Scholar.
