John Southalan is an Adjunct Professor (UWA and Murdoch), barrister (WA Bar Association) and mediator (NMAS). His practice and research focusses on disputes in the extractives sector, government regulation and human rights. John has published and presented on topics including human rights and business, mining regulation, climate change, Indigenous rights, minerals taxation, CSR regulation, and mining agreements.
